Arlo pro 4 cameras not showing live feed

Can someone please help me. My arlo pro 4 cameras aren’t showing me a live feed. We updated our modem router and I re connected them all to the new wifi router. As soon as I did it said the cameras needed a new firmware update which we did. Once updated they worked fine until now. Now I can not bring up a live feed on any of the cameras and they’re only recording for 1-2 seconds. 
I’ve tried restarting the app. Turning my phone off and then on again, logging out ect but so far nothing has worked.

You may need to reboot the router as well as the cameras. A second attempt would be to reinsert the camera batteries to see if that helps.

 

Is the new router in the same location as the old one or is it even slightly different? A repositioning of the router may help.

Ok will have to try that in the morning I think. I’ll give anything a shot. 
the new router is in the same spot as the old one. The old modem router we had always drop connection so we upgraded to a different one and yeah all cameras were working perfect since 4pm when I reconnected them to the new wifi portal and now can’t seem to get live feeds. Only when looking at Camera position etc

decided to reboot the router now and so far all cameras are back online working on the live stream. Thank you for your help
