Hello,
I had a call today from someone stating they were from Arlo and that they had noticed someone from India trying to log into my account. They offered a program to stop this for a fee. This sounds like a scam to me. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, a scam.
Tagging @JamesC - Arlo might want to follow up.
Obviously the scammer somehow got some information about you (they knew that you had an Arlo account, and of course knew your name and phone number). I suggest changing all your passwords (not just Arlo), and also running malware scans and your PCs. Also keep a close eye on credit cards, etc.
