Arlo VMB4540 not updating to latest firmware

I can’t get my Arlo smart hub to update to the latest firmware. I saw on Arlo firmware release notes that my smart hub was updated from 

1.21.1.0_1399_9611cf3 to 1.23.0.0_1451_b69eb19. It was released on Dec 6th 2023 and still has not updated. I have tried all troubleshooting tips( removing from account and Re-adding, hold reset button on back of base to perform factory reset and still nothing. During initial set up it says it’s looking for current firmware update but doesn’t see a new one released. Please help!

Depending on where you are, updates are sometimes rolled out slowly to different regions. You may just have to wait for a while longer.
