Arlo Pro4 missing motion

Just set up 2 Arlo 4 Pro cameras. They are not recording until the motion is basically at the camera and subject is gone. Why isn’t it picking up motion much sooner?

Positioning and sensitivity settings are usually the issue. Screenshots of the cameras' views would be useful along with a description of what each is supposed to be monitoring.
