In the last 2 months, my Arlo Pro4 is no longer recording my cat's movements throughout the house. We have one camera focused on her food & water bowls. We know she is eating, but have no video recordings in our library to show her movements.
The cameras are working because they record our movements when we are feeding her.
This is especially frustrating because this system always worked before in recording our cat's movements.
The firmware is up to date. We have moved the sensitivity to 100%. We pulled the battery and replaced it with a fresh one. What else should we try?
Thanks for any advice.

Look for the message thread on this board entitled “Motion Sensitivity” I posted. I think you will find the discussion will help you make the changes needed to detect your cat.

Thanks for your response.
I believe I found your Motion Sensitivity message thread. It just discussed setting the sensitivity above 80% , right?
My cameras’ sensitivities have been set at 100%. And just to clarify, I found Sensitivity under Device Utilities, Motion Detection Test. That’s where I set it to 100% a few weeks ago. (I just checked…it is still at 100%.)
Any other thoughts out there in terms of what I can try?
Thanks to all.
