Arlo will not let me view our recordings anymore without a subscription. I'm not getting a subscription. How do I bypass the message on the app?

Subscribe to a plan is the general answer. Alternatively, you would need to have the cameras connected to a hub with local recordings enabled so you can use the app to view them. Not the same as cloud recordings but it would mostly work.

I'm having the same problems; my cameras are connected to a VMB4000 with local storage.

The VMB4000 doesn't support direct access to local storage via the app. You need to eject the USB storage and connect it to a PC in order to view the recordings.
