I purchased my Pro 4 in January 2022. It has worked fine until this past weekend. I had it charging overnight, then noticed it was clicking. I unplugged and remounted it. Ever since then the video quality has a pink hue. Everything that is green is now pink. I took the battery out and reinserted. No change. I took battery out and reset via the app. Deleted camera and re added it. No change. I searched a bit on this community page and the internet. Found some older articles about various Arlos with similar behavior but without any resolution other than take it back to store for exchange. Any help here?

It sounds like the Nightvision IR filter is stuck. Given that this is a new camera, I would suggest exchanging it at the store if you still can, and getting an RMA from Arlo if you can't.
I guess you could also try flipping the camera upside down (shaking it a bit), that might help. You could also try moving a strong magnet along the body of the camera.

I tried the shaking and the magnet. It clears up for about 10 secs, then reverts to pink tint. I call Arlo support and went through the situation. The rep agreed the camera is defective and needs to be replaced. Later I received an email from Arlo stating my camera is out of warranty because Arlo claims it has been refurbished and loaded to multiple accounts. They offered me a 30% discount to buy another one.
I looked back at my Amazon order and it stated it was new. I still have the packaging and it was sealed and nothing indicated it was refurbished. I talked with Amazon and they claim it was supplied by Arlo and listed as new, not refurbished. Amazon is sending me a replacement even though they don't think it is their issue. Yea for Amazon!!! I did update my Case with Arlo, but I am not expecting a reply. Hopefully I do get a replacement camera.

While it's great that Amazon has come to the rescue, I am tagging @JamesC - since I think this is something Arlo should definitely follow up on.
