i am trying to purchase items from the Arlo Store but after entering paymnet details I get a message ""Our billing system is currently unavailable. Thank you for your understanding." No change over the past 4 days. Telephone support could not find a reason and was going to send me an email link to forward a screen shot but it did not arrive.. Any suggestions?

If you clear your browser cache and try again, do you still experience the same error?

Thank you James. Clearing the cache didn't make difference but I manged to submit the order on a different computer. I guess some glitch at the Arlo Store.
