I have an active subscription and I see the notifications but when I click on library nothing shows up.

Can you live stream the camera and make a recording to the cloud library?
Is the camera included in your subscription plan?

Yes the camera is in my subscription. What do you mean by live stream and add it to cloud can you elaborate on how to do that?

When you open the arlo app and see the camera dashboard, if you tap on the picture of the camera you should get a play icon appear.
You tap on the play icon to begin live streaming the camera effectively as real time view.
Tapping the live picture again gives you more icons, one is a record icon to begin recording the live stream to the cloud library.
When you stop the recording and open the library page you should see a new thumbnail which will be the recording you just made.
If you successfully have this then the subscription is working correctly for your camera.
If you’re still unable to get motion triggered recordings then the camera mode is not set to an armed configuration which could be simply corrected by setting the camera mode to armed.
