Smart notifications not updating when making changes.

I have 3 Pro 4's.  All my notifications are coming through, all of them, when I only have people clicked on one and people and animals on another.  I have tried clicking and unclicking, resetting, factory resetting, just about anything I can think of.  What needs to be done so the alerts are only for want I want/need?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Also which version of the Arlo mobile app are you using?
