I just got my brother the same Arlo pro 4 3 pack as mine and his will not connect, At first I thought it might be because the batteries were not charged but then after letting them charge over night I tried to connect them through the barcode and instead of turning blue it blinked yellow/orange one time and shut off I have tried each camera and they all seem to do the same. Can anyone relate and help find a solution, these devices are expensive for them to just not work.

It's possible the cameras didn't charge. After charging, did the LED on the camera turn solid blue? That's the signal that they are fully charged.
