Frustrated! I’ve only owned Arlo Pro 4 for 5 days now and it started out really good…. recorded videos were good (had the “2K” on the bottom left of video) but then after only a few days I noticed it wasn’t detecting every motion. Last night it went offline. I tried everything to get it back online, with no luck so I deleted the camera entirely then added it back. It seems ok now BUT it looks like it is NOT recording in 2K (not marked on videos). I’ve checked all the settings, and everything I have the camera set to is the correct way. I also rebooted router hoping that would work, but it hasn’t! Any other suggestions?

Is Auto Zoom and Tracking enabled? That lowers the resolution to 1080p. If you download a video on a computer and check the properties/details on it, what resolution is shown? Compare that to an older one that shows the 2k badge.

Nope… all settings are exactly how they should be for it to be recording 2K
