Here is a picture of our camera and the part we believe we need. If we try to adjust the camera in moves down (it doesn't fall) so the camera is no longer capturing as much as we would like. I have made sure that the activity zones are correct. When I go onto arlo.com I am not seeing this as a part we can purchase. Can anyone help me determine what this piece is?

Basically you need to tighten the ring more. The weight of the camera and the leverage it supplies causes the camera to rotate if the ring isn't tight enough. If you can't tighten it by hand, use some channel-lok-type pliers to carefully tighten it more.
