Arlo Pro 4: impossible to access anything in the app

Application on two phones is unable to access library, online cams and even settings. Everything works once I login via browser on my PC.
Both phones are Onesplus 6T

This sounds like you're logging into a shared account that doesn't have access to the cameras or a different account entirely. Are you logging in to the mobile app using the same credentials that you use to log in on your PC?
