I have been trying to get assistance with my Cameras going off line continuously and no one seem to be able help remedy the issue the try to blame in on the connection I have high end WIFI and everything else in my home work fine.. I am required to have continuous WIFI in my home so I do not know what else they can come up with.. arlo seem to not care about correcting this issue maybe we all need to report them to the Better Business Bureau ... maybe it will get their attention since so many people are havi

This can be caused by various things such as distance, blockage of signal by things in/on walls in the signal path, interference by other 2.4GHz wireless devices or even the specific house construction. What happens if you bring the camera closer to the router? Do you have multiple cameras and some work ok? If so, swap cameras around to see if it's the location causing this.
