Arlo pro 4 - CVR disabled

I’ve subscribed to the 24/7 package for 14 days for one out of my 7 cameras. However, when I go to timeline, it states that cvr is currently disabled. What does that mean exactly?

    Do you have the cam connected to AC power? You need that for CVR to work.
