Hello!
I have bought five Arlo Pro 4 cameras. I can't get two of them to read the QR code. Some suggest doing a factory reset but I can't find how to do that on this model. Some refer to the sync button. I can't find any sync button on this model and since it hasn't been added to my account I use the app to reset the device. Does anybody know how to factory reset this model?

However, the picture referenced in the text isn't in the article. What you need to do is take the camera out of the shell - the sync button is at the bottom of the camera, near where the magnetic connector goes.

Thank you! I finally found the sync button and was able to perform the factory reset. After that the camera started working. There was no mention of any sync button in the user's manual. Incredible. I thought Arlo had higher standards than this.
