Arlo Pro 4 cameras not loading

Hi! 

Do you have any idea why my cameras (connected with cables) won't load anymore? They are under 1 yr old so the battery should be fine. The one camera that is not connected with cable, is loading fine when I take it down. 

I have cleaned the connectors, took the battery out etc. Should I just buy new batteries and cables, seems expensive after ~1yr usage.

When you say they are not loading do you mean you are not getting a feed/videos? Are they not picking up any motion? Can you explain more of what you are experiencing?
