Arlo Pro 4 cameras do not reconnect after internet outage (tried the manual reconnect too)

Our internet supplier came recently to upgrade our wi-fi to fiber optic, and since then two of the three cameras will not connect.  We have re-charged batteries, taken batteries in and out several times, moved the cameras to within three feet of the smart hut, and also used the manual "sync" button.

 

One of the three cameras reconnected automatically, but two didn't - we have had a similar problem before every time the wi-fi went out, but usually after recharging and re-inserting the batteries we were able to get them going again.  

 

Once we put the cameras near the smart hub and re-inserted the batteries, the blue light flashed many times, before turning off.

 

I removed these two devices and have then tried to add them back, all without success!

 

Anyone got any ideas?  Seems like it's impossible to speak to a live agent anymore!!  I tried their chat and the bott finally told me it would connect me to an agent, but after an hour of waiting, it just went back to the beginning of the questions again!  Very Frustrating!!!

Do you have a subscription? If you do in the app go to settings-support and there will be a phone number after clicking on a device. Thier new policy is frustrating.
