Camera not connecting to 2.4 network

Hi please help!
My wifi is recognising the 2.4 verco household connection but when I type in the modem password it says it is incorrect. Should I be using a different password on the Arlo box?

If you are talking about the prompts when adding the camera - you enter the wifi network name (also called ssid) and the wifi password.  The modem might include both the wifi password and the admin password on the labels.
