Arlo Pro 4 and Essential won't live stream in my browser

I have an Arlo Pro 4 and an Arlo XL. Neither will live stream in my Firefox browser. Both make an attempt for about 20 seconds and then say "Connection timed out."
Both cameras are within good range, and both do fine with motion-triggered recordings.
I've tried completely disabling my computer's firewall, and also tried two different internet connections (one with router, one with direct internet connection).
Aside from Firefox, I also tried Chromium. With all combinations, the problem persists. Any ideas?

Are you able to live stream the cameras using the mobile app? Is this issue only happening on your computer?
