Pro 4 - can't do anything to access my account now.

All started when trying to sync new Pro 4 cameras(used 2.4 G network per instruction)I got push notifications to my phone to allow access.The cameras wouldn't perform update,so uninstalled app,when I reinstalled:it didn't allow phone as trusted device.My e-mail has a delay in receipt,and tablet is old.I don't get push notifications as it states.Any help would be great Android.Samsung S20,and old ZTE Android tablet.Not sure what happened on uninstall,but I can't do anything to access my account now.Numerous chat sessions with Arlo support.Nothing

It's not clear what issue you are experiencing. Are you receiving any specific error messages when trying to access your account?
