Arlo Pro 4 - Plugged in with Arlo outdoor cable, but battery charge level not updating in app
I have an Arlo Pro 4. I purchased the outdoor charging cable and had an exterior outlet installed so I can continuously charge the unit. The unit is charging, but the Arlo app isn't showing the updated charge level. Suggestions?
Have you tried the web page my.arlo.com to see if it shows the same. You could try uninstalling the App and install it again for some quirks. I assume you are getting a lightning bolt that it is charging.
