I have an Arlo Pro 4. I purchased the outdoor charging cable and had an exterior outlet installed so I can continuously charge the unit. The unit is charging, but the Arlo app isn't showing the updated charge level. Suggestions?

Have you tried the web page my.arlo.com to see if it shows the same. You could try uninstalling the App and install it again for some quirks. I assume you are getting a lightning bolt that it is charging.

I looked online and it was also incorrect. The lightning bolt shows. If I remove the magnetic connector from the camera the percent battery use updates. I’ve tried reinstalling the app. The most important thing is that it’s actually charging. It would just be nice to see the correct percent charge on the app. Thanks.
