Arlo Pro 4 Camera not connecting to hub

got my new system and so far two of the cameras work perfectly but one of them no matter what i do can{t get synchronized to the hub. It chimes and all but that's as far as it gets. Factory reset a bunch of times with no luck. At this point, i would love for Arlo to replace my camera but i already head my head against the support wall. AnythingArlo can do fro me or i just have to return this camera?
