My Arlo Pro 4 has audio when viewing the live feed, but no recordings have audio.
I have reset the device and removed it / re-added it, yet the issue remains. This occurs on the mobile and desktop version of Arlo Secure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the Audio Settings in the camera settings? I'm not sure they would affect recordings but it's worth checking anyways.

Yes, I have. The Microphone is on, Speaker is on, and Speaker Volume is set to 100%.
I have had these specific settings in place for almost two years, now. I have no idea how/why I am suddenly having audio issues.

Could be a faulty camera (mic circuitry died). You can try using Settings, Support (Center) to select your camera to see if official support can help. They won't be able to replace the camera but may have some clues.
