Arlo Pro 4 - 3 of 4 cameras working

I currently have 4 Arlo Pro 4 cameras.  I have successfully programed 3 of the 4 cameras and have them hanging and working.  I have tried multiple times at multiple levels of light and multiple areas of my home to get the 4th camera to recognize the QR code reader and it will not.  I have tried all the suggestions that are on the internet.  What do I do?????

Have you tried using a PC (my.arlo.com) instead of the app?  Ideally connect the PC to your router with ethernet.
