We recently purchased 3 Arlo Pro 4 cameras. 1 of 3 cameras does not record and it’s the closest to our WiFi

it possible that nothing has happened to cause a recording? Are the Smart notifications set to ignore any subjects? Check your modes and rules to make sure it's supposed to record. Can you live view and manually record (manual recording isn't available for 2k resolution)?
