Battery Won’t Charge

Brand new Arlo Pro 4 cameras that now need batteries charged.
Magnetic cable properly in place. But batteries will not charge.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Thank you for the advice. However, the proposed solution did not work. Either 3 separate batteries are defective or there is something wrong with the charging cable.
I am currently engaged with the customer support team.
