My Arlo camera 4 pro xl has completely stopped working. I thought that the battery was the issue, however, when I placed the battery on another camera it worked. Therefore, the battery is not the issue, I realized that the problem is with the camera itself. Has anyone had this problem? Who can I contact for support?
