Arlo 4Pro XL will not record to the library

I purchased the Arlo 4Pro XL system a year and half and it worked well at first. I have since moved and now I cannot get the system to record to the library. I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting and fixes that were recommended to include removing the batteries and unplugging the base and then reconnecting. All the cameras are hardwired and checking to ensure my subscription current and still have a subscription. Any additional suggestions would be appreciated.
