Hi I've had my Arlo cameras and doorbells for almost 1 year and from the start I could not talk to anyone through my cameras or doorbells. Not even when my doorbells ring. Does anyone know about fixing this?

Hi I've been back and forth with the IT team with Arlo since November 2022 and nothing seems to be being fixed.
