Arlo 4 stopped recording

My camera stopped recording and detecting motion. It's turned on but for some reason, doesn't record any motion even when there have definitely been people at the house. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did the subscription expire?

If not, can you livestream the camera and then make a manual recording?
