My trial subscription ended today. Trying to reactivate my account. Entered my card info and other details, see update payment which is grayed out and will not allow e to go forward. HELP!!!!

Generally that means that the app (or my.arlo.com) thinks something is incorrect/missing.

 

I suggest using my.arlo.com, and not allowing autofill to populate any of the fields.  Let us know if that helps.
