The Camera is shown connected in the Router but the app says connection failed. The app will not let me add the Pro 4 as a new device.

Maybe try again from a PC (browse to my.arlo.com)

MarkerK,

 

Try plugging the camera in using a charging cable, allow it to charge for a short period of time and attempt a factory reset. After the reset is finished, attempt onboarding again. Do you still experience the same behavior?

 

How do I factory reset and re-sync my Arlo camera?
