New arlo user. I’m trying to add friends to see cameras. I send the invite and there is no link. It just keeps telling them to create an account. They have an account and in their account they can’t see my cameras. I’ve sent multiple emails to add them but there’s never any link just a create account link. Any suggestions please? Also I see the pending invitation.

Are they receiving the invite email on a mobile device, if so what mobile brand?

You could try having them accept the invite email on a pc.

Out of interest, what mobile device was used to accept the invite? iOS or android.

The article states that it should work on mobile devices to accept the invite.

It was an iOS. Tried multiple times but didn’t work. PC worked just fine though.

Ok, I will tag the moderators @JamesC and @ShayneS to update the article to exclude iOS app. This needs to happen to reduce customer frustration for such a simple operation.

Having a pending notification also. No way to create account atm. Email does not get sent.

@jimnordb,

As a test try using another email address you have to see if it will arrive.
Some email account providers block the invite and flag it as spam.
Also make sure you have no special characters in the address to confuse the arlo server.
