ARLO is Unresponsive

I purchased an ARLO Pro 4 Spotlight Camera Security Bundle consisting of three cameras in August  2022. These cameras appear to be very good when compared with other security camera companies. I have been paying for an ARLO monitoring subscription since I purchased them but never installed my cameras due to an illness. So the monitoring has just been a waste for me and ARLO. I have tried to log on several times since I started my monitoring with success but in the last 18 months I have found ARLO unresponsive. The only response that I get is they will send me a push notification since they don't recognize my I-Phone 16, but I have never receive any notifications so I am unable to communicate with ARLO.  I have requested this numerous times without success. I tried to create an additional account so that I would be able to communicate with ARLO but I can't since the website knows that I already have an account but still won't let me communicate. So since I can't log on and have no communications with ARLO my security cameras are just a waste of time and money for me and have become a pain and without any communications from ARLO these cameras are just useless. So I need to terminate my monitoring suscription with ARLO and either purchase additional cameras from a more responsive company or forget any attempt at security cameras in the future. Thanks for you time.

Beneath the login should be a link to try a different method for authentication. Choose to use email instead.
