For 9 months I have not been able to get anybody to help me with replacement of a faulty camera. They do not honor their warranty and worse they disconnect me right before I submit all my proof.  Then I have to spend another 2 hours on another failed attempt.  I am ready to blast my nightmare of service all over

This is the worst customer support I’ve ever received in my 50+ yrs.  The agents somehow disconnect your call or chat just as your nearing the return process in my case I’ve spent at least 2 hours on each call.  calling over 12 times over 9 months, and yet they still have not even attempted to make my faulty camera good. I spent over $400 on a 3 bundle package and pay a monthly premium to support my streaming. Please save yourselves major headaches, frustration and disappointment !!
