6 Arlo Pro 4 and 1 Arlo 3 floodlight camera- Cameras do not work well

Good Morning,

 

I work at a school and we purchased 6 Arlo Pro 4 and 1 Arlo 3 floodlight camera in September of 2021. We could not immedietely put them up because we need to have 2 WAPS installed so that they can work properly. We assumed once this was done they would work perfectly. However that was not the case. They have given us issues with connecting with the network, with charging although we bought the solar panels for the outdoor cameras they are now saying they need a new battery. The indoor cameras constantly need to be taken down to charge we bought the 25 foot charger but that wasn't long enough. We would like to know what was our warranty on these cameras because we'd like to return them.

If you have successfully imported the cameras into your account you can access the warranty information by selecting the settings page of the app and selecting support option. Then select a device in turn to display the camera support info and scroll to page bottom for activation date and hardware warranty detail.

Normally the hardware warranty is 12 months from date of purchase depending on who you purchased them from but you may be lucky if the info from the above says otherwise.
You can also contact arlo support if you’re entitled to see what is required to return them.
