4 pro xl Why am I getting audio and no video notifications

I have an Arlo Pro 4 XL doesn't work on the home setting for some reason.   It works on the away setting, however when on the stay home setting it notifies me, but there is nothing in my feed to see.   I have been troubleshooting this for about 3 hours now.

I thinking you must me "Arm Home", and not "stay home".

Have you tried editing the mode and checking the rule for the Pro 4?  Instructions for editing are at the end of the KB article here:
