My iphone indicates the proper battery charge status 70% etc, but on my laptop it says 100% or so on them.

When was the last time it was showing correctly on your laptop?

You may have to wait for arlo to fix it. If you have a subscription plan you can ask them to investigate. In the app go to settings then support, you may need to use the arlo web portal interface to get the phone number.

Yes, we've been there and done all that and got the T-Shirt. Arlo just needs to fix their screwed up backend.
