I followed all steps and trouble shoot but yet my arlo vmb 4540 not discovered  in my app for a week ..If it not I have to return all pro4 camera and smart hub bundle

Are you saying that the base is offline?  Or that it isn't showing up in the device list of your account?

 

What is the LED status on the base?
