vmb4540. Why can I only view videos on 2 of my 6 camaras

No matter what browser I use, I can only view videos on 2 of 6 camaras. But if I use use the app. I can view all 6.

Please let us know the models of the cameras that you can (and can't) view.

Also, let us know if you have a subscription for all the cameras.
