Video appears sun faded

The videos from our Arlo 3 cameras appear sun faded.  Photo for reference is attached.  Any troubleshooting recommendations?

That's not fading - it's the IR filter used for night vision being stuck in place. While it could be a faulty camera that needs to be replaced, remove it from its mount and reinsert the battery to see if that helps. If not, try a "calibrated" tap (smack?) with your hand, not so hard as to break something, to see if that will unstick the filter. Some folks report using a strong magnet has helped, too.
