video library not accessible because

About 40%-50% of the time no video history (and I mean none whatsoever, not missing just one or two days) shows up for each device. Related, the smart hub doesn't show up as a video library from which to draw from . I don't subscribe to the online service and rely on the Smart Hub to archive videos. This is more than annoying, it's a defect in the product that, if not solvable, makes it an inferior product that consumers should be aware of.

This could indicate that either the cameras or SmartHub are dropping offline or losing power. When this occurs, are you aware if the cameras are online or if the SmartHub has lost power?
