VMB4540 Connects to Internet, but the App WONT connect

I have tried for hours to set this up.
We have existing Basestation for Arlo Pro2 setup and working for our warehouse.
We are trying to configure this for our home/office, but we cannot get the Arlo App to pick up the Base Station I have followed many instructions including ensuring the DHCP is ticked on the Router.
I have attempted to add Ports 443 & 80 on the router and still it won't connect.
I have reset the Base Station a number of times even turned off our Firewall in AVG to see if that would help.

Have you tried both the app as well as a computer browser? Are you using a VPN?
