unable to view videos from usb connected to home base. customer service tries but dont call back promptly. does anyone know how to do this. i have enabled port forwarding . pro 3

In the Storage Settings part of the hub settings, does the drive show ok and ready? Make sure the drive is at least 16GB. Then in the library when using the app use the pull-down near the top to select your hub as the location to view the recordings.
