My Pro 3 cameras worked great when I installed the hub and cameras initially. 3 hours later it went offline and I could never reconnect the camera to the hub. Worked with support for 3 hours but no luck. Any ideas on how to connect them. Everything has been reset several times. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Move the hub as far away from the router as possible. Move at least one camera closer to the hub to see if it remains connected. Make sure not other wireless devices that use the 2.4GHz band are close to the hub or cameras since they could be interfering with the signal.
