not about a product. I have been billed twice on  7/27/23 then again on 8/1/23 . I cant get any help in dealing with billing. Does anyone know how to contact company for this issue?

Try going into the app, selecting "support".  Then choose a camera in a subscription plan, and select phone support.  It is available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time.
