Hi Team,
I'm not on a subscription, are you able to retrieve recordings from the hub remotely, as of late I'm only able to retrieve any recordings is when I'm at home with the hub unit.
Also, the only way to delete any recordings from the USB stick is by removing the USB stick from the hub and physically doing it on your PC, is it that you can't do it remotely now?

As noted when you first set up local recordings, you need either a VPN or use port forwarding on your router to see local recordings. You always have to be on the local network to see the recordings and these mechanisms that allow you to do this.
